Celebrating a successful second year!
During summer 2024, Avove’s Executive Leadership Team toured around the UK to meet with colleagues across the business to provide an update on our performance, celebrate our second year as a business and thank everyone for their fantastic contribution in helping us to deliver against our strategic objectives.
We have achieved a significant amount throughout the last year, and our colleagues have been instrumental in helping us to shape the business along the way.
We engage regularly with our colleagues and value their direct feedback on our ambitious growth plans and ways of working. Our colleague roadshows allow us to meet in person and hear their views as well as celebrate their successes – which is vital to creating a great environment for innovation and collaboration.
Some of the highlights:
- We celebrated with gift bags for colleagues and a celebratory video that showcased our achievements
- Olympian Roger Black provided a ‘Winning Mindset’ motivational speech
- Over 600 colleagues took part in a teambuilding exercise focussing on collaboration, teamwork and change
- We raised over £500 for Mind and SAMH as part of our win an extra day’s holiday roadshow raffle
To celebrate our second year as Avove, we created a short film which highlights the great work we have achieved and how we far we have come as an organisation.
