Sandy Dalziel

Sandy has over 40 years of involvement in construction-related organisations, from tier one major project contracting to specialist subcontracting, manufacturing, and consultancy organisations. He has project experience across most standard forms of contract, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, PFI, and Partnering contract terms.
The principal focus of Sandy’s activity is performance improvement across the commercial functions, integrating closely with operational and finance colleagues to generate a cohesive and collaborative approach to process and behavioural change within the business.
Sandy promotes robust compliance to process engagement through open, honest, and transparent reporting mechanisms. He firmly believes in working with client teams to share improved approaches to delivering commercial management and reporting, which is key to his outlook for improved outcomes for both the client and the business.
Sandy holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and was MRICS accredited from 1986-2000.
